Habit Stars ("the app") is published by Alek Temimovic ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your information.
The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not have servers. There is no account, no sign-up, no login.
Every habit you create, every star you scratch, and every reminder you set is stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. We have no way to read it. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device using iOS's built-in notification system. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No reminder data is sent to us or to any server.
You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings > Notifications > Habit Stars, or by turning off reminders inside the app.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no telemetry. We do not know if you opened the app today.
The app includes royalty-free sound effects sourced from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License. These sounds are bundled into the app and played locally. No requests are made to Pixabay or any third party at runtime.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we cannot knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's App Store description.
